What are UA products?

Our items are labeled as first-hand “UA” products, produced directly by the Product Managers of the factories of big brands. UA stands for “UNAUTHORIZED AUTHENTIC”, which means these products are often made in the same factories or by factories to which production is outsourced. They are created with the same materials as the originals but are not official and are not sold as such.

What are the shipping times?

We process your order within approximately 3 business days, and it will be delivered in 12/14 business days. Therefore, the total time from packing to delivery ranges from 15/20 business days.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery is not possible as our shoes are shipped directly from our supplier.

Where do I receive the tracking information?

As soon as your shoes are processed, you will be contacted and updated with the tracking number.

Why can't I track my package immediately?

Once you receive the tracking code, the package will not be trackable for at least 1/2 business days. This does not mean that the package is stationary; it is in transit and often the tracking updates when the package reaches the destination country from local services.
